Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase, download, and use of Ultra EQ ("the Software"), developed and published by LogBlues Audio Labs LLC.
1. Outright License & Ownership
Ultra EQ is sold as a one-time outright purchase. Upon payment of the published license fee ($6.99 USD or localized equivalent), you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and execute the Software on any personal Android devices owned or controlled by you.
- No Subscription: You will never be charged recurring fees, activation renewals, or seat fees for your license.
- Standalone Operation: The software does not require an active server connection or account verification to run.
2. Software Updates & Upgrades
Your license entitles you to all version 1.x maintenance updates, bug fixes, hardware target preset additions, and compatibility updates at zero additional charge. In the event of a future major generational release (e.g., version 2.0), licensed users will receive preferential lifetime upgrade pricing.
3. 7-Day Refund Policy
We stand behind the engineering quality of Ultra EQ. If the Software fails to perform to your expectations on your hardware setup, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a complete 100% refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@logblues.com with your receipt or transaction identifier. Refunds are processed promptly without conditional requirements.
4. Audiophile DSP & Hearing Safety
Ultra EQ incorporates a zero-clipping soft-knee peak limiter and 64-bit floating point processing to prevent digital clipping distortion. However, audio volume levels and sound pressure levels (SPL) delivered to headphones or speakers remain under your physical control. LogBlues Audio Labs is not responsible for hearing damage or speaker driver overload caused by excessive listening volumes on connected hardware.
5. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify the binary code, extract proprietary DSP filter weights, or redistribute cracked, repacked, or modified APKs of Ultra EQ for commercial distribution.
